Why do I need to sign a Data Processing Agreement?

 
In order to be able to retrieve complete lead information, both parties (your company and eLearning Industry) have to sign a Data Processing Agreement.

This is a one-off procedure to ensure that both parties are compliant with International Data Protection Regulations.

Once your DPA submission is accepted you can access your leads’ data anytime, as long as your campaigns at eLearning Industry are still active.

Steps:

• Fill out the form with the contact information of your company’s legal representative

• The DPA will be sent via Docusign and must be signed by your company’s legal representative

• You will be notified as soon as your DPA has been accepted
